Perhaps you've eaten lettuce wraps—fresh veggies, herbs, marinated tofu, and savory peanuts rolled up, taco-style, in a large, flexible lettuce leaf— but I'll bet you haven't eaten them with Blueberry-Ginger Dipping Sauce made with wild Maine blueberries.
