I'm working on a gluten-free vegan Thanksgiving menu. Here is my stuffing.

Beautiful! I love the red of the apple popping out!

That looks delicious. I love stuffing, though we typically eat cornbread dressin' instead down here.

This looks fabulous. I'm going to send a link to my friend whose son is gluten-free.

Rice-based stuffings are the only sort for me (hate the bread kind) so I'm all over this! I'll have to file it away for the holidays. :)

That looks and sounds so delicious! I love that you will stuff this yummy rice in roasted winter squash. What a brilliant idea!

i really like bread stuffing, but that still looks really yummy!
re daiya: i actually think it tries to taste and act like cheese and SUCCEEDS. i guess i could forget what cheese tastes like, but i really really love it. my room smells like a pizzeria after i take the quesadillas out of the microwave. the texture and melting is spot on, and I think it's absolutely delicious. you'd be crazy not to try it! i don't think i'm ever buying another vegan cheese again! granted, i still like to make my own cheesy sauces and stuff using nooch, but for pizza, quesadillas, and whenever a recipe calls for shredded vegan cheese, daiya is a godsend!
