This sounds wonderful — I love maple-mustard dressings — and the cranberries and pears are a great combo. Just ignore the snow and eat this. It will (sort of) feel like spring!
Looks Yummy! I've been eating sweet potatoes or steamed veggies with my salads on cold days, really helps to take the edge off the cold and lets me satisfy my craving for raw food too. This looks like a great hearty salad perfect for cooler days! xo Eco Mama
