I haven't yet tried a pie crust, but kittee at Cake Maker to the Stars posted a successful pandowdy (top crust only pie):

I can't believe this but THIS is the most amazing recipe I've ever found!!!! I always learn something new from you, Mary! I've never thought of making tofu salad this way. Now I know this will definitely be added to my favorite tofu collections!!! BTW, I have to tell you again and again that I REALLY really LOVE your writing style!!!:)
